Dino Tsambouniery – HEAD CHEF
My culinary career started in Brookln NY where I first worked with my family in diners and restaurants.
As a young man I was privileged to do an apprenticeship with Executive Chef Ralph Pepnaude from the first graduating class of Johnson and Wales. I also assisted Chef Ralph compile a manuscript of recipes which he intended to publish.
My wife and I joined family in a large Pub Style Restaurant in MA. 10 years later we moved to NC where we opened Tuscany Italian Grille in Rutherfordton, voted “Best Of” in the Daily Courier 5 consecutive years!
Meg Tsambouniery – GENERAL MANAGER
My restaurant career started when I thought I was having lunch for my 15th Birthday with my father when I realized he had set up my first job!
I have made my way from waitress, hostess, and bartender and been a GM for many different restaurants in NJ, MA, and here in NC.
My greatest joy is becoming meshed with our customers’ lives. Catering for their wedding, and baby showers, graduations and other life events is my favorite aspect of my job because of how I get to connect with my customers.
Event planning is my specialty and I look forward to helping you with any of your ideas!
